Polare Group Sàrl is committed to making ZHOLY and https://zholy.ai accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the marketing site and dashboard, and to provide usable voice alternatives where visual interaction is difficult.
1. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and visible focus states on core flows
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; labels on form fields
- Sufficient colour contrast on primary UI (dark theme with cyan accent)
- Resizable text without loss of content or function
- Voice interface as an alternative input/output modality for page interaction
- Widget settings: text size, reduced motion, and high-contrast options in the embed chrome where supported
2. Known limitations
- Voice interaction requires a microphone; users who cannot speak may use text input where enabled
- Real-time voice feedback may not suit all cognitive or hearing needs — transcripts can be enabled by site owners
- Third-party demo content (e.g. shoe store demo) follows the host page's accessibility
- Some dashboard charts and live monitors may rely on colour; we are improving non-colour cues
3. Assistive technology
We test with recent versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile, together with VoiceOver and NVDA on representative flows. Full compatibility with every assistive technology combination cannot be guaranteed.

5. Legal framework
Switzerland has no single web accessibility statute equivalent to the EU Accessibility Act; we nonetheless follow internationally recognised standards and improve continuously. EU business customers embedding ZHOLY remain responsible for their own site compliance.
